We ship to over 80 countries. Shipping is free on orders over $200 USD. For orders under $200, flat-rate shipping is $15. Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Yes. If you would like a different length, a different clasp, or a specific pearl size, write to us with the details. Most customizations can be completed within 7 business days at no extra charge.
Yes, and we love doing them. We have made bridal pieces for over 200 brides in the last five years. Write to us at least 8 weeks before your wedding to allow time for hand-matching and any customizations.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece for a full refund. We provide a prepaid return label for orders over $200. See our Care page for the full policy.
Our atelier is in Zhuji, Zhejiang, China. We are not open to walk-in visitors, but we are always happy to arrange a video consultation for custom or wholesale orders. Write to us to schedule one.
